Pricing

Storage begins one month from the processing date. Pricing for storage is $10.00 per month for 5 or less baskets and $2.25 per month for each additional basket. All meat packaging is double wrapped with plastic and freezer paper.

Domestic Pricing

  • Beef, Pork & Bison processing (on carcass weight per pound): $.65
  • Lamb processing: $75.00
  • Curing ham & bacon (per pound): $1.00 
  • Tenderizing (per pound): $.25

Wild Game Pricing

  • Elk processing: $250 (additional $.90/lb if over 300lbs)
    • Hind Quarters $60/each
    • Front Quarters $40/each
  • Deer processing: $125 (additional $.90/lb if over 125lbs)
  • Bear processing: $225 (additional $.90/lb if over 200lbs)
  • Mountain Lion: $225
  • Elk skinning: $45.00
  • Deer skinning: $35.00
  • Meat Sliced for Jerky Meat (per pound): $10

*A taxidermist is on call if caping is requested. Pricing set by taxidermist.

**Please note for elk & deer burger orders:

  • Beef fat is added at an additional cost of $2/lb.
  • Pork shoulder can be added at an additional cost of $2.50/lb.
  • Bacon can be added at an additional cost of $3/lb.
